It is called DaVinci Resolve (https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/davinciresolve). It is a single app that handles video editing, color grading, and motion graphics.

There is a paid Studio version for $295 (a one-time fee). It adds AI tools and higher-end features, but a beginner will not need those to start doing client work. The free version is truly professional-grade.
